🩷 Mystery Means Surprise!
Every scoop is unique! I always do my very best to match your favorite colors, themes, and interests, but I can only work with the inventory I have available. While I try my hardest, I cannot guarantee specific items.

🚫 Exclusions
You may list up to 3 items you do not want in the notes at checkout. Please keep in mind that the more exclusions you request, the fewer items I have available to choose from for your mystery bags.

🎥 Video Orders
If you purchase a packing video, I’ll have so much fun packing your order for you! Please note that your order will be packed exactly as shown in the video.

🎁 No Trades or Exchanges
Part of the magic is the surprise! For that reason, mystery orders cannot be traded, exchanged, or customized after they’re packed. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

📦 Shipping
Once your package has been shipped, I am not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. Every order includes a tracking number and shipping insurance. If an issue occurs after shipment, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information.
